As your birth keeper, I am here to make you feel safe, informed, respected and comfortable
Although we live in a modern age I believe the role of the birth keeper is as vital as ever for all women as they transition into motherhood.
The role can be seen throughout history offering experience and loving support for women as they transition from pregnancy, birth and beyond.
The holistic support and guidance I offer during this exiting and precious time of life will empower and lovingly hold you. I am here to inform and support you in making conscious choices, guiding you in planning your birth wishes and ensuring your birth will happen in the most empowered way possible.
I will be here to lovingly support and hold you through this transition into mothering your new baby, whilst helping you to prepare and welcome your new born to your family so you can drink in this precious time as a new mother.
I offer bespoke birth and postnatal packages that provide you and your partner with all the loving care and guidance for your journey into family life. I have two packages on my website however many clients add on additional antenatal and postpartum sessions to meet their needs.
I believe in true personalised care, I have limited availability per year, I do not accept more than two clients per month. I can also offer exclusive birth care - where I take on no other clients at all during your due month (from 38 weeks - 42 weeks) this care can be offered for an additional charge as I would decline other clients, please ask me for this bespoke support,
I live between in Sussex, I cover all areas of London, Sussex and parts of Kent and Surrey, If you are live outside this area but would like my support please contact me as I do sometimes travel outside this area when a connection between myself and a women feels right, I am an experience birth keeper attending well over 200 births and supported some high profile clients. .

You are welcome to pay by instalments via a payment plan.
A £800 non-refundable deposit is required after our interview if we wish to go ahead with using my service. The total outstanding fee is to be paid by 35 weeks (this is non-refundable once payment is received).
All travel is billed separately, 40p per mile (maximum £35 per visit), Incurred parking and congestion charges will also be invoiced. Any cancelled appointments will be charged.

⌓ Rebozo - this work is traditionally used for pregnancy and birth. it provides a beautifully safe way to ease our aching backs and to allow more room in the womb for your baby to move into the best position for labour and birth. Using special techniques to create more comfort and relaxation for mother and baby.
⌒ Mother Blessing - helping you to prepare and hold a ceremony with friends and sisters (this is optional, the mothers blessing is part of one of the antennal sessions)

⌒ Reiki healing, EFT & massage during our sessions together or in labour (optional)
⌓ After your baby is born I will stay with you for the first golden hours to support you in establishing feeding and leave when you are ready to have quite and restful first hours with your new born

⌓ Baby support, if you would like to nap I will care for your baby, I am fully DBS checked and a First Aider

⌒ Time to share your birth story

⌒ Six weeks after your birth we will complete our journey together, unless you feel you'd like further support which we can discuss
